Gender Pay Gap Report
Gender pay reporting legislation requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees.
At the time of our latest report (March 2018) the Education and Leadership Trust (ELT) has 502 employees. The Trust has 3 secondary schools, 2 of which are all girls schools. We use pay scales that are aligned to the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions document and for support staff; we use the NJC pay scales.
