Gender Pay Gap Report
Gender pay reporting legislation requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees.
Please find attached our latest Gender Pay Report (March 2020).
The Education and Leadership Trust had 47 4 employees (115 males (27%) and 359 females (73%) on 31st March 2020. The Trust has 3 secondary schools, 2 of which are all girls’ schools.
