Students have been taking part in an extra-curricular poetry club after school, in order to produce a music track that combines English Literature, UK rap and their future aspirations.

Reading is Fundamental

We often hear about how important reading is for us - it is so important for our young people to focus on reading for pleasure just as much as they read for their studies.

Students reach top 10% of the Bebras Computing Challenge

Students in Key Stage 3 have been taking part in the Bebras Computing Challenge, which introduces computational thinking to students. The challenge is open to young people across the world and many of our students achieved a top 10% score.

Teen Tech Event

As part of the school's commitment to promote STEM career pathways and to challenge gender stereotyping in careers, Year 9 students were given the opportunity to take part in the Teen Tech Manchester event.
