The academy's music department took several Year 9 and 10 students to the Co-op Live Arena for the Mic Drop sessions. These sessions were developed to help young people get access to the experience of industry professionals and was organised by MasterCard.

Recently, a group of languages students in Year 10 enjoyed an inspiring visit to the University of Salford. The morning was packed with opportunities to explore languages, experience university life first hand, and reflect on future ambitions.

Disney’s High School Musical JR. was performed at TEMA on Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th February 2026.
