Black History Month 2025 ( Published: 09/01/2026)

Throughout the month of October we celebrated Black History Month. Both our students and staff got involved in highlighting influential people from black communities around the globe.

This important occasion gave us the opportunity to honour the achievements, culture, and contributions of Black individuals throughout history and today. Through engaging activities such as poster-making, treasure hunts and book reviews, our community came together to promote respect, care and equality.

The kitchen staff were also involved, creating a variety of cultural cuisines for the students and staff to enjoy as the half term came to a close.
