TEMA Host the England Boxing National Schools Championships ( Published: 07/05/2026)

On Sunday 3rd May 2026, we were thrilled to host the quarter finals of the boys’ England Boxing National Schools Championships for the 2026 season.

This prestigious competition will eventually crown the overall number one boxer in the country for 12-14 year olds, and we had some of our very own students competing in the tournament:

  • Remi – WIN (through to the National Semi Final)
  • Micheal – WIN (through to the National Semi Final)
  • Alfie – BYE (through to the National Semi Final)
  • Joe – BYE (through to the National Finals)

All four were also crowned North-West champions for their respective weight classes.

We are all extremely proud of the hard work and dedication our young athletes have demonstrated. Good luck in the next round, the Academy and community are behind you all.
