Disney’s High School Musical JR ( Published: 06/03/2026)

Disney’s High School Musical JR. was performed at TEMA on Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th February 2026.

The fun-filled 60-minute musical, is based on the 2006 Disney Channel Original Movie and the subsequent National Tour. The cast included 40+ students from Year 7-9 and teams of students playing important roles such as backstage managers, set designers and light and sound technicians.

Wildcats everywhere! This up-beat throwback was performed on both nights to a full house. The cast and crew worked so hard throughout rehearsals, and it showed when they performed on the main stage under the lights!

I really enjoyed being part of High School Musical. It was a great opportunity to work with people from other year groups, and I have made so many new friends. I can’t wait to find out when and what the next show will be, I’ve already told Miss Patel to sign me up for auditions!
