LEGO Therapy Inclusion Trip to LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester ( Published: 19/05/2026)

As part of our school’s commitment to inclusion and student wellbeing, we were delighted to take fifty students involved in ‘LEGO Therapy’ on a special educational visit to the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre in Manchester.

LEGO Therapy is an important part of our inclusion offer, helping students to develop communication, teamwork, problem-solving and social interaction skills in a supportive, engaging and enjoyable environment. During the visit, students worked collaboratively on a range of exciting LEGO-based activities, demonstrating creativity, resilience and excellent teamwork throughout the day.

The trip also provided valuable opportunities for students to build confidence, strengthen friendships and apply the collaborative skills they have been developing during their LEGO Therapy sessions in school. It was fantastic to see students encouraging one another, celebrating achievements and fully embracing new experiences. Visits such as this reflect our ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive school community where every student feels valued, supported and able to thrive.
