Olympic Silver Medalist Inspires Year 8 Students ( Published: 27/04/2026)
Caden, a world-class Taekwondo athlete, Adidas ambassador, and social media influencer, took time out of his busy training schedule to share his journey with our students. His visit focused on the core values of resilience, dedication, and the power of hard work.
Overcoming Obstacles
Caden spoke candidly about the realities of elite sport, specifically his grueling battles with injury. He shared how these setbacks didn’t stop him, but rather fueled his determination to become one of the best athletes in the world. His message was clear: success isn’t just about talent; it’s about how you bounce back when things get tough.
Navigating the Digital World
Beyond the mat, Caden discussed his life as a social media influencer and model. He gave students valuable insights into:
- The importance of maintaining a positive digital footprint
- Balancing high-level performance with a public profile
- Staying authentic in the age of social media
A High-Kick Finale!
The highlight of the afternoon was undoubtedly the live demonstration. To the amazement (and slight nerves!) of the crowd, Caden showcased his world-class precision and agility by kicking bottles off the heads of some very brave Year 8 volunteers. The accuracy and speed on display left everyone in awe of his athletic prowess.
It was incredible to see an Olympian in our own sports hall. He taught us that even when you’re hurt or tired, you have to keep pushing for your dreams.
Year 8 Student
We are incredibly grateful to Caden for his time, his energy, and his inspiring words. He left a lasting impression on our students, proving that with enough grit and hard work, anything is possible. We look forward to welcoming him back to our academy very soon!
