Year 9 Visit to the University of Salford ( Published: 23/02/2026)

As part of our commitment to promoting ambition and aspirational pathways for students, a group of our Year 9 students visited the University Salford.

Year 9 students learnt all about the different pathways they can take going from secondary school into college/sixth form, and then university. They got the chance to explore different parts of the campus and have a go at creating their own society and present it to the rest of the group.

I liked how we were able to speak to current university students and learn from them. The trip was helpful in getting me to think about my future path and decide on option choices.
