On Monday 16th May 2022, Thirty pupils took part in a workshop with Global Action Plan.

During the workshop, pupils participated in a task that highlighted the ever-growing demand for supply of products and the amount of purchases made by customers. This enabled pupils to reflect on how this could affect the quality of the product, the regularity of deliveries made, and how that has an impact on the environment.

Pupils worked in teams to create campaigns and consider what they would like to change.

I have learnt a lot about how certain job roles are under a lot of pressure, due to advertising and demand. I have also learnt how advertising tricks us without us even knowing. I have enjoyed today, it has been interesting to know how even the littlest of things can impact our lives.
