College and Sixth Form Open Days 2025

Published: 10/09/2025

As your child begins to consider their post-16 education options, attending sixth form and college open days is a vital part of the journey.

These events offer a chance to explore different environments, meet staff and students, and gain a deeper understanding of the courses and support available.

At TEMA, we believe Ambition is the driving force behind every student’s success. Encouraging your child to attend open days is a powerful way to nurture that ambition—helping them to envision their future, set goals, and make informed decisions about their next steps.

Why Open Days Matter

Open days are more than just tours – they’re opportunities for your child to:

  • Ask questions about courses, support, and progression routes
  • Experience the culture and values of each institution
  • Discover new subjects and career pathways
  • Build confidence in making ambitious choices

We encourage you to talk with your child about what they hope to gain from each visit and reflect together afterwards. Their aspirations deserve to be explored and celebrated.

If you have any questions or would like support in planning which events to attend, please don’t hesitate to contact our Student Support team.
