Art Competition Winners

1st place – Hafsa (Year 10)

2nd place – Megan (Year 10) & Kayden (Year 7)

3rd place – Zhen (Year 9)

Thank you to all of those who submitted their artwork for the competition, we really have received some beautiful pictures!

The winners are:

• 1st place and winner of a 288 piece art case and sketch book is Hafsa (Year 10)
• 2nd place and winner of a 70 piece art case and sketch book is Megan (Year 10) & Kayden (Year 7)
• 3rd place and winner of a 70 piece art case and sketch book is Zhen (Year 9)

The artwork from all those that submitted was fantastic and therefore, all will be displayed in the reception area of the school in the near future.

Calling all Artists…

Competition now closed.

Following the great response to our Lockdown Poetry Competition, we have decided to run an Art competition. We are looking for some amazing art work to be displayed in the Reception area to go alongside the winning poems! Your art work can include anything that represents lockdown/ coronavirus to you and your family.

First place winner will receive a hamper bursting with lots of creative materials to keep you busy during lockdown. including sketch paper, coloured pencils, fine line markers, paint, oil pastels, HB pencils and much much more!

Second and third place winners will both win a similar hamper including oil pastels, sketch paper, markers, paints, paintbrush all stored in a wooden carry case.

Entries can be given to staff when you collect your work pack on Fridays between 12 and 2pm – please ensure you include your full name.

Entries must be in by Friday 26th June 2020.

Mrs Whittingham and Mrs Travis will judge the competition.
